The staff was nice .

I faced numerous issues, including a slow check-in process that felt impersonal. My shower had hot and cold water reversed, and the parking lot was difficult to navigate.

The updated rooms at Days Inn Jamestown impressed me. The spacious interiors included comfortable beds and new TVs. I also appreciated the in-room fridge and microwave. The friendliness and helpfulness of the manager really stood out. The check-in process was a bit slow, and the parking lot was a challenge to navigate, especially with a trailer. I found the ice machine in need of cleaning, too, as it had mold growing on it. The stay was pleasant, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, but there are some areas needing attention.

The room is recently renovated and reasonably large and essentials you need, including television, a microwave oven and a fridge, is right there. It has PARTICULARLY GOOD and pleasant location in the middle of jackson. Within 1 mi you'll find Applebee's, where you can drink something.

had trouble with my keys working......very frustrating...had to go to the desk twice for a key to m=be made that would work. Desk staff somewhat helpful but not very personable.

Room numbers need clear marking outside!!! The check-in process is too slow, and the parking lot accessibility leaves much to be desired!!!

The location was very good to where we needed to be.

During my stay, I appreciated the good breakfast options, despite some items not meeting my expectations. It's great to have nearby attractions like the National Buffalo Museum and the World's Largest Buffalo Monument just a short drive away. Accessing the parking lot was a bit tricky, and I wasn't advised about the strict no-visitor policy until I encountered issues with it.

Great bed and quite room!

The room was newly decorated with sofa sleeper, a roll away bed plus laundry, the staff were super friendly, did everything.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short drive from local attractions and provided excellent Wi-Fi access. I also appreciated the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere .

The parking lot was tricky to navigate, especially with a larger vehicle.

Good food & location. It's good to receive the USA Today.

There was brown something on the toilet tank. Hoping it was rust I tried wiping it off, it came off.
